At Vintage & Lace Wedding Services, we have successfully executed hundreds of spectacular weddings here on the Islands in a wide variety of locations during our 10+ years of business in Hawaii.

We believe our diverse experience, creativity, and work ethic is unmatched as we have been in business, planning weddings in Hawaii much longer than many of our competitors. We have now been entrusted to plan luxury events for high profile clients at a wide range of venues. Full Service Weddings and Elopement Packages

At Vintage & Lace, we offer three unique Full Service Wedding options: Wedding Planning, Wedding Day Coordination and Wedding Design.

We also offer a customizable Glam-Elopement Service inclusive of your elopement essentials. This is intended for events with under 25 guests and clients who prefer a more simplified reception.

Our wedding services are individually priced at a flat rate and there are no additional hidden charges along the way. From years of experience, we know "hourly" packages are not ideal for our clients as we don't want to be limiting what it takes to make sure your individual wedding is unique and planned perfectly. We want to be committed to working for you in a personal and professional way and not surprise you with a large hourly bill at the end of the process. 

 We also chose a flat rate structure rather than percentages as we prefer to work directly for you - not off commissions from other vendors - so we can focus on your best interests and help you use your budget wisely.

Planning a wedding, especially a destination wedding, is challenging! Our Planning Service is designed to take the burden of the “business side” of planning a Hawaii wedding off of you and your family. We suggest and contact all the vendors for your event, create the perfect timeline, and much more!


Event Planning Includes:

+ A Comprehensive shared Portal where we will keep all the planning details in one place. This is updated regularly with all the details about what is happening behind the scenes in our planning progress.

+ Our original (and often attempted to be duplicated) variety of Hawaii-focused Customizable Planning Tools and Guidelines designed to organize the song selections, wedding party details, menu, timeline, flower preferences, and more. We don't just hand them out to you for homework though - we personally walk you through all the steps and all the details that go into a successful event.

+ A Budget Guideline and Assistance managing your priorities

+ Personal Venue Site Visits and Layout Creation

+ Our Preferred List of the Best Vendors in Hawaii

+ Regular Scheduled Phone Consultations with NO time limitations or hourly clock ticking along.

+ Regular Email Correspondence. Again, without any hourly limitations so we can discuss in detail what you need without you "watching the clock."

+ Sourcing, Booking, Negotiating and Coordinating with all the key Hawaii wedding vendors including venue, photographer, officiant, caterer, musician, etc. 

+ And of course our wedding advice, expertise, and event knowledge all along the way!

No.2 Coordinate

Perhaps the most important investment you will make for your wedding is hiring a Day of Coordinator. Having us coordinate your wedding ensures that all the time, effort, and money you have invested in your event is well spent. As the wedding couple, it is hard to imagine all the many details that go into executing a perfect wedding day. Our wealth of experience coordinating hundreds of events ensures we think of it all - from setting aside a plate of appetizers for you while you are busy taking photos to making sure everyone is at their seats when their names are called for a toast! Don't skimp on a less experienced Day of Coordinator -you need a team that knows all the special little touches and details to watch out for.

Coordination Includes:

+ Review of all vendor contracts and planning details 1 month prior to your wedding day

+ Creation of a Personalized and Detailed Timeline drawing on our experience for the best order of events

+ Contact with all vendors to confirm their delivery times, final payments, and day of details

+ Execution of the wedding rehearsal, going over all the little touches that make a huge difference such as the right way to hold your bouquet and how to get the best possible photos!

+ 8 hours of Onsite Coordination on the day of the wedding to oversee setup, breakdown and all the details in between such as managing the time schedule, aiding in the overall flow of events, and attending to the needs of the wedding party. 

+ Access to our Essential Wedding Day Survival Kit filled with all the possible goodies needed to mitigate any potential crisis.

No.3 Design

Your wedding style should appreciate the soulfulness and sincerity of the occasion and speak directly to who you are as a couple expressing and commemorating your story to your guests. 

With our Signature Design Service, we execute all the creative elements and detailed touches that go into designing a wedding that is truly inspirational. We draw from our background in creative arts and international travel to give you the ultimate in one-of-a-kind wedding style.

From flowers to favors and props to attire, we carefully craft and suggest a wedding style that reflects your style. We work with you to help you envision the details of your wedding and then, hire, purchase, or even custom make all the specialty items needed for your wedding day decor. We have a team of design vendors we frequently partner with and have a long standing relationship with the best providers on the island and thus, access to the very best items!


Design Includes:

+ Design Questionnaire and Initial Design Focused Phone Consultation

+ Final Design Vision Board and additional Phone Consultations as desired

+ Full Execution of the vision by hiring design related vendors such as the florist, linen rental company, lighting installation, stationary, calligrapher, favors, etc.

No. 4 Design Consultation Service

At Vintage & Lace, our speciality and passion is Design.

We are pleased to now offer a Mini-Design Service that works well for all budget types.

This service includes:

+ A One Hour Design Consultation where we will discuss your wedding plans and vision

+ Review of your Pinterest Board, Colors, Theme and Venue

+ A Checklist for Design Details you will want to consider during the Planning Process 

+ A Customized Mood Board and Design Plan for your Event to share with all your key vendors and keep you on track for a beautiful and cohesive event style

If you feel confident hiring your own design vendors, but less so ensuring your wedding style is cohesive, refined and unique. This is the right service for you! 

What To Expect

Communication is very important to us. With any of our wedding planning services, a lead member of our team will manage your event personally and be your main point of contact throughout the entire process. You will be given a shared tracking document where we will keep all the details of your event and store all the most important information regularly notating the latest updates in each vendor category. This will also include a variety of planning tools to help you identify and communicate your wedding preferences with us. 

There is also no limit on communication. You can expect to receive regular emails from us with updates as we hear back from vendors. Additionally, you can reach out at any time with any questions you may have. We also prefer to schedule regular phone calls to stay on track. While you can call at anytime, scheduling regular check-ins ensures you have our full personal attention when you do call. In between, you can always revisit your shared document to see what is happening behind the scenes!
